Types of Staffing Solutions
We bring together job seekers and potential employees for the purpose of establishing a permanent relationship.
HCS, upon request from the client, will hire the person and assign them to perform services for the client. HCS pays the person and is responsible for all statutory taxes and insurance, including workers compensation.
HCS recruits, screens, and tests candidates, and then assign them to clients in a wide range of job categories and skill levels; this is in addition to all of the responsibilities listed under payroll services. Temporary employees fill in during vacations and illnesses, meet temporary skill shortages, handle seasonal or other special workloads, and help assist in special projects. Temporary help provides businesses with needed flexibility and efficiency in staffing their companies.
Long Term Staffing
Employees of HCS are assigned to work on long-term indefinite assignments. Long-term staffing can involve simply one or a few individuals, or it can involve a portion of the staff required to operate a specific client function on an ongoing basis. Employees, working at the client's location, functioning on a long-term assignment, are considered full-time employees of HCS. We maintain all employee-employer relationship issues and offer our employees benefit programs including health insurance.
Just In time Staffing
Our database of current employees and candidates includes people who can be assigned to support your full-time requirements on an as-needed basis for any of the traditional temporary-help uses. Typical just in time staffing would include covering vacations or illnesses, leaves of absence, seasonal workload increases, temporary staff shortages, and special projects.
Temporary to Full Time
Combining elements of both temporary help and direct hire services, HCS recruits individuals who may be interested in full-time employment and assigns them to the client for a predetermined trial period, during which both the client and the individual can evaluate the relationship. After the trial period, the client may hire the HCS employee without an additional fee.

The master vendor program is designed to provide on-time, quality, and cost-effective timesaving staffing solutions. As a master vendor of staffing services, HCS assumes operational accountability for the purchasing and accounts payable functions of these services.
Through the master vendor program, HCS and its client become partners in the truest sense. A management program is used that blends the philosophy of HCS and the philosophy of our client in order to promote unity and stability within the contract workforce.
HCS dedicates staff to specifically manage the Human resource activity at the client site.
Site services include (but are not limited to):
- Coordinating job orders and selection of employees.
- Handling employee management issues
- Maintaining staff levels
- Being a resource for answering employee questions and concerns.
- Acting as liaison between the employee and the working supervisor
- Providing customized reports and tracking.
