- HCS assumes operation accountability for the procurement of staffing services. HCS ensures the best contract support services available at the best possible cost.
Long-Term Staffing
- Employees of HCS are assigned to work on long-term indefinite assignments. Long-term staffing can involve just one or a few individuals or it can involve a significant portion of the staff required to operate some specific customer function on an ongoing basis. Employees working at the customer, functioning on a long-term assignment, are considered full-time employees of HCS. We maintain all employee-employer relationship issues and offer our employees benefit programs including health insurance.
On Site Management
- HCS dedicates staff to specifically manage the Human Resource activity at the customer site.
Temporary To Full Time
- Combining elements of both temporary help and direct hire services , HCS recruits individuals who may be interested in full-time employment and assigns them to the customer for a predetermined trial period, during which both the customer and the individual can evaluate the relationship. After the trial period, the customer may hire the HCS employees without an additional fee.
Temporary Staffing
- HCS recruits, screens, tests candidates and then assigns them to clients in a wide range of job categories and skill levels, in addition to all of the responsibilities listed under payroll Services. Temporary employees fill in during vacations and illnesses, meet temporary skill shortages, handle seasonal or other special workloads and help assist in special projects. Temporary help provides businesses with needed flexibility and efficiency in staffing their companies.
Payroll Services
- HCS, upon request from the customer, will hire the person and assign him or her to perform services for the customer. HCS pays the person and is responsible for all statutory taxes and insurance, including workers compensation.
